Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

I am committed to creating and maintaining an inclusive and equitable environment in the lab and classroom, regardless of race, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, immigration status, (dis)ability or socio-economic background.

This lab does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind in the laboratory, field, classroom, online, at conferences, or at any lab events, on or off campus. I support individuals facing harassment by believing them, providing a supportive environment and providing resources when they ask for it.
